My Verdict

And here comes the final answer Fujifilm XPRO2 vs XPRO3: whether or not to upgrade.

Honestly, I wouldn’t do it as the improvements in the XPRO3 are significant, but in my opinion, they are not enough to justify the hassle of selling your camera, investing more money (it comes with a higher price tag), and adjusting to a new camera.

For example, I prefer when the screen is always visible without any extra actions. Also, when you need to hold the camera away from your face, you have to fully open the screen. This doubles the camera’s height, gets in your way, and feels more like a video camera screen, but placed below rather than on the side.

I wouldn’t bother upgrading right now.

The newest Pro4 was supposed to come out this year, but that’s probably not going to happen; it might happen next year and will definitely come with many more cool new features.
