        For all the latest models, the most quick and convenient way to update your camera’s firmware is via GoPro Quik app<\/strong> wirelessly<\/strong>. For the various older models, the only way to update is by following the manual update method. You can also use the manual update method for almost all GoPro cameras in case no other method is working for some reason or errors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Using the GoPro Quik App for Mobile Phone<\/h3>\n

        Here’s the process to update your camera over the air via GoPro Quik App<\/a>:<\/p>\n

        Step 1: <\/strong>Ensure that your mobile device has internet access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        Step 2:<\/strong> Enable your camera’s WiFi<\/strong> and connect it<\/strong> to the network in your phone’s Wireless Settings. You’ll also need to enable Bluetooth<\/strong> for Hero 4, Hero 3+, Hero+ family, and Hero Session \/ Hero4 Session cameras.<\/p>\n
